FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laboratory animals (mice) receive intravenous allogeneic transplantation of multipotent stromal cells (MMSC) and hemopoietic stem cells (HSC) obtained from the laboratory animal placenta chorion 20 minutes after irradiation. At that, MMSC are administered at a dose of 6.2 million cells/kg, and HSC - at a dose of 330 thousand cells/kg.
EFFECT: increased activation of spleen lymphoid tissue regeneration compared to other doses of stem cells introduction.
