FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental medicine. To restore biochemical parameters of peripheral blood of laboratory animals with hepatic cirrhosis, introduction of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) recovered from placenta of laboratory animals in amount of 4 million cells/kg. Additionally, hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) recovered from the placenta are introduced in amount of 330 thousand cells/kg.
EFFECT: method enables recovering biochemical parameters of peripheral blood in hepatic cirrhosis.
