SUBSTANCE: at stage I, the scrotum is revised, the damaged testicle is examined, hemostasis is carried out by means of coagulation and ligation of bleeding vessels, and the scrotum is drained. At stage II, after 5 days, necrotic testicular tissues are removed, the viable testicular parenchyma is immersed in the albuginea, which is sutured with separate silk sutures, then the scrotal skin is sutured, leaving drainage for 2–3 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve the viable parenchyma of the testicles during crushing, and to reduce the number of removals of the male gonads.
