SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rail-milling machines with a control system for fine milling of rails. The control system comprises a base, a transverse position adjustment unit, a vertical position adjustment unit, a positioning unit, a cutter plate, a height sensor, a side contour sensor, a laser detection sensor, a line displacement sensor, and a control unit. The control unit performs closed-loop control according to the detection signals. A constructive implementation of the specified control system and a rail-milling machine containing the specified system are disclosed.
EFFECT: processing of the rail after rough milling and the possibility of secondary processing of the rail and its asymmetric milling.
