FIELD: container manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a container consisting of a generally rigid outer container and an easily deformable inner package made of thermoplastics that do not form a welded joint, and having an outlet and holes in the outer container through which pressure is equalized in the intermediate space between the inner package and external container. The method is carried out by co-extrusion of a billet consisting of two sleeves and its placement between the open halves of an inflatable mould, which is closed when the billet has the length necessary for the manufacture of the container. At the same time, excess material is squeezed in the bottom part of the container being manufactured, with the formation of a protrusion from the welded material of the outer container, in which the bottom weld of the inner package is clamped and held in the axial direction. Then the preform is inflated by supplying a pressurized medium until it touches the wall of the inflatable mould and is removed from it, after which holes are made in the wall of the outer container and the inner package is separated from the wall of the outer container and returned again to the position of adhering to its wall. In this case, in the wall of the outer container, in places located diametrically opposite each other, holes are made along the line of intersection of the plane defined by the bottom seam and the longitudinal axis of the container with its wall. The inner package is pressed with a rod-shaped tool through the specified holes from the wall of the outer container to a predetermined distance and, at the same time, is separated from the wall of the outer container. After that, a pressurized medium, preferably compressed air, is introduced through the holes into the intermediate space between the inner bag and the outer container, with which the inner bag is separated from the wall of the outer container.
EFFECT: elimination of damage to the internal container.
