FIELD: container manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing containers consisting of a rigid outer container and an easily deformable inner package from the first and second thermoplastics, which do not form a welded joint with each other, by feeding the first thermoplastic to form the outer container into the first screw conveyor and feeding the second thermoplastic to form the inner package into the second screw conveyor, which are connected to an extrusion head, with which a workpiece consisting of two sleeves is co-extruded, located between the open halves of the blow mould, which is closed when the workpiece has the length necessary for manufacturing the container. At the same time, excess material is compressed in the bottom part of the container being manufactured and a protrusion is formed from the material of the outer container, in which the bottom weld seam of the inner package is clamped and held in the axial direction. The workpiece is then inflated by supplying a pressurized medium until it adheres to the wall of the blow mould and is removed from it, after which the inner bag is separated from the wall of the outer container. In this case, the excess material is again fed into the first screw conveyor, which mixes this excess material with the first thermoplastic and feeds it into the extrusion head. Moreover, in the molten state, the first thermoplastic has a lower viscosity than the excess material, as a result of which in the extruded sleeve of the outer container, due to the different viscosities of the first thermoplastic and the excess material, a middle layer of excess material and outer layers of the first thermoplastic located on both sides of it are formed, and therefore excess material is not exposed on the outer layer of the extruded tube.
EFFECT: reduction of consumption of polymer material.
