SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to a method of preparing an autologous two-component fibrin adhesive. Method for preparation of autologous two-component fibrin adhesive including blood sampling into sterile test tubes with sodium citrate, centrifugation of blood plasma, then the produced thrombocyte enriched plasma containing fibrinogen, blood coagulation factors in physiological concentrations and live thrombocytes producing various growth factors are sampled and mixed with the second component containing calcium chloride solution and thrombin under certain conditions.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an autologous two-component fibrin glue which provides strong and fast adhesion.
