FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: mixture of precursors: monosilane, argon and acetylene, where acetylene is introduced in the amount of 2.5-15 vol.%, at initial pressure of Р0=0.105 MPA and initial temperature of Τ0=170°С, is exposed to thermal decomposition in process of adiabatic compression to produce the target product. Invention provides for production of silicon carbide nanoparticles with size of 10-20 nm coated with carbon coating with thickness from 2 to 20 nm.
EFFECT: high electric conductivity, possibility to control target product properties.
