SUBSTANCE: new biologically active compounds - substituted pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,4]diazepinones, namely 5-[(1 H-indol-3-yl)methyl]-7-methyl -2,3-dihydro-1 H-pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,4]diazepin-4(5 H )-one of Formula 1, which has antimycotic activity, which suggests its use in medicine as a potential drug with antimycotic properties. The use of 5-[(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl]-7-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,4]diazepin-4(5H)-one as an antifungal agent against yeast fungi.
EFFECT: invention provides 5-[(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl]-7-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,4]diazepin-4(5H)-one with a pronounced antimycotic effect and low toxicity.
