FIELD: gear hydraulic machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hydraulic systems of various machines, including oil systems of gas turbine engines. The oil unit contains a housing 1 with 2, 3 coaxially installed in it on two common shafts, one of which is a drive shaft, scavenging and pressure pump sections with an end oil supply to gears 4, 5, 6, 7. Thrust bearings 8, 9, 10, 11 are installed in the housing on both sides of each gear, at the ends of which there are arcuate channels for supplying oil to the interdental channels of the gear cavity. In the thrust bearings 10, 11 installed in the gears 6, 7 of the pumping section of the pump, the inner side the wall of the arcuate channel is made at an angle of 30-60° to the axis of the gear in the direction of increasing the flow area of the channel. Thrust bearings 8, 9, located on the back side of the gears 4, 5 of the pumping section, are installed in the housing with free axial movement within the end gap in the gear and are spring-loaded towards the gears in the thrust bearing adjacent to the front side of the gear of the pumping section of the oil unit, coaxial with the drive shaft. The arcuate channel 12 for supplying oil to the interdental cavities of the gear is made on the back side of the thrust bearing and communicated through the bypass channel in the housing with the channel for supplying oil to the associated gear of the pumping section.
EFFECT: reduction in the complexity of manufacturing, increase in volumetric efficiency and improvement in hydraulic characteristics.
