SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing foundation; assembling at least part of lower floor structure; erecting at least one stiffening core; connecting building members with the stiffening core. At least some connections of building or building structure members have fastening members made as extension and socket, which are oriented in the line of force field or force field combination providing dominating forced in area of member to be installed location or in building to be erected zone. Said connections are formed during building erection.

EFFECT: simplified building erection of prefabricated members, increased spatial rigidity and building stability, possibility to use standard members, provision of different building types construction of limited number of standard members and simplified member transportation.
