FIELD: synthetic rubbers.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of obtaining synthetic latexes and rubbers made by emulsion polymerization and can be used in production of latexes for various purposes, synthetic rubbers and tire industry. A composition for stabilizing latex is described, consisting of components A-G, taken in a mass ratio of A:B:C:D:E:F:G=(18.4-65.2):(0.2-0.6):(0.2-0.6):(0.8-2.4):(0.2-0.6):(0.2-0.6):(30.0-80.0), and the total value of the components is 100 parts by eight, where A is an oil-soluble antioxidant, B is a condensation product of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde (leucanol), C is a sulphated hydrocarbon with a chain length of C8-C16, D is a monoglyceride of fatty acids with a chain length of C8-C22, E is a nonionic emulsifier aromatic nature, F is the sodium salt of alkylbenzenesulfonic acid, G is water. The method for producing a composition for stabilizing latex includes the following steps: 1) mixing components D and A in a suitable container at room temperature or moderate heating to a temperature no higher than about 40°C until complete dissolution; 2) mixing components B, C, E, F and G in another container at room temperature until completely dissolved; 3) introducing the solution obtained in step 1) into the solution obtained in step 2), with constant stirring; 4) stirring the mixture from step 3) at room temperature until a homogeneous composition is obtained. A stabilized latex containing the above composition for stabilizing the latex, characterized by a half-life of at least 1 day, and a method for producing this stabilized latex are also described.
EFFECT: obtaining a composition for stabilizing latex, which has increased resistance to delamination (half delamination period - at least a day) and ensures uniform distribution of the antioxidant in latexes, which in turn significantly prolongs the stability of the latex and its shelf life.
