FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology; radiodiagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to construct planar lines for planning the direction of dissection before performing endoscopic surgery on the paranasal sinuses. Based on the data of computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses with a slice step of not more than 1 mm in the mode of multiplanar image reconstruction, four planar lines are built. Line 1 is a horizontal axillary line, it is drawn through the axilla of the middle turbinate in the sagittal plane parallel to the hard palate. The position of the cells of the lattice labyrinth in the sagittal plane relative to this line is determined. Line 2 is a vertical axillary line, it is drawn through the axilla of the middle turbinate perpendicular to line 1. The position of the posterior wall of the frontal sinus in the sagittal plane relative to line 2 is determined. Line 3 is a medial maxillary line, it is a vertical line drawn in the plane of the medial wall of the maxillary sinus at the level of the ethmoid bulla and the posterior cells of the ethmoid labyrinth. The position of the medial wall of the orbit relative to this line is determined. Line 4 is the line of the lower wall of the orbit, it is drawn horizontally at the level of the lower wall of the orbit in the posterior cells of the ethmoid labyrinth. The location of the sphenoid sinus relative to this line is determined.
EFFECT: method provides preliminary planning of the trajectory of the movement of the tools due to the indicated lines.
