FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lightning protection electroconductive coatings for structures from polymer composite materials. Disclosed is a polymer film coating with an integrated metal layer, comprising at least one conductive metal layer with surface density of 60 to 210 g/m2, and made of metal having specific electrical resistance ≤0.03 Ohm*mm2/m, and a resin film formed on at least one surface of said layer, wherein the resin film is formed from a curable composition containing, wt.%: epoxyresorcinol resin – 29.0-47.0, epoxy novolak resin – 7.5-26.0, isocyanate – 0.5-3.5, bromoplast – 0.4-5.0, polysulphone and/or polyarylsulphone – 13.5-21.0, aerosil (silicon oxide) – 0.2-2.5, hardener 4,4'-diamino-diphenylsulphone – balance.

EFFECT: increase of glass transition temperature to values of 194-212 °C at post-curing temperature of 180 °C for 2 hours, reduction of viscosity at processing temperature of 90 °C to values of 21-56 Pa⋅s, ensuring minimum viscosity of the resin at temperature of 130 °C to values of 1.5-4.3 Pa⋅s and narrow range of film surface density, as well as simplifying the process of applying the film on the article and maintaining the integrity of the protected structure from PCM at level of 100% at the parameters of the effect of lightning discharge of current strength of 200 kA and charge of more than 30 C.
