SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems designed to scare away wild animals and installed along railway tracks in places with the largest population, as well as to warn people about the approach of rolling stock. The system comprises an internal control circuit, an energy source, a power amplifier and an external control circuit containing at least one animal and human protection module, to which at least one motion sensor installed on the railway tracks or in their immediate vicinity is connected. Each animal and human protection module included in the system includes the following submodules: a control submodule, a warning submodule equipped with a storage device with acoustic files recorded in its memory, a power amplifier, a power supply submodule with a primary input-protective power supply device with an automatic input unit for backup power supply, with batteries and a switch for secondary power supply devices. All modules included in the system are unified devices that can work both independently and in interaction with each other.

EFFECT: increased level of safety of railway transport.
