SUBSTANCE: method of non-drug improvement of the quality of night sleep that can be used for stable and rapid falling asleep, as well as for increasing the duration of the deep sleep phase. A set of exercises performed in a certain sequence which provide relaxation and biological changes in the body (muscle relaxation, slowing down the breathing rate, slowing down the heart rate) is carried out. Performing exercises teaches controlled relaxation, which, when repeated regularly, speeds up the process of falling asleep as a result of self-training.
EFFECT: improved sleep quality determined by an increase in the duration of the deep sleep phase and a decrease in the time of transition to the deep sleep phase.
