SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a set of devices for carrying out a thermal steam procedure and a method for carrying out a thermal steam procedure. The complex includes a heating device having a heating element connected to the control unit, a temperature sensor for heating the air in the user's body area, and a heating device base consisting of two layers of non-soaking, allergen-neutral and antimicrobial material, between which there are heating elements having a wavy arrangement, and dividing the base into three independent heating zones. Each of the independent heating zones contains a temperature sensor connected to the control and monitoring unit of the heating device. The complex has a steam generator with forced air supply to the area of the user's upper respiratory tract, the control and monitoring unit of which is designed to be synchronized with the control and monitoring unit of the heating device. The method includes breathing air and heating the air around the user's body, in which a steam generator supplies air to the area of the user's upper respiratory tract at a temperature close to the user's body temperature, with an error of ±0.5°C, followed by a change in air temperature depending on changes in the user’s body temperature. The heating device heats the air around the user's body or its individual areas with the heating device to the temperature recommended for the procedure. The control and monitoring unit of the steam generator is designed to be synchronized with the control and monitoring unit of the heating device.
EFFECT: possibility of using a set of devices for supplying warm, moist air to the area of the user's upper respiratory tract, the temperature of which corresponds to the temperature close to the body temperature of the user breathing this air, as well as heating the air around the user's body.
