SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to medical technology, namely to two versions of clothes for pyrotherapy and a method for carrying out pyrotherapy. In the first embodiment, the pyrotherapy clothing includes a base, current-carrying heating elements built-in along the base, equipped with a control unit made with the ability to regulate the heating temperature of the heating elements and with the ability to change the patient's temperature, made in the form of a coveralls. The base in the form of a jumpsuit is made with the ability to wick away sweat. Heating elements are located along the base in the collar, elbow right, ulnar left, abdominal, suprapubic, sacral zones. The base is equipped with user temperature sensors isolated from the base. The ability to control the heating temperature of the heating elements and maintain the patient's temperature at a given level are implemented based on the data from the user's temperature sensors. In the second version, the pyrotherapy clothing includes a base and one circuit of heating elements equipped with a control unit configured to change the patient's temperature and to regulate the heating temperature of the heating elements associated with a pump and a heater. The heating elements are made in the form of tubes filled with liquid, and are connected to a closed system through a pump and a heater. The method of carrying out pyrotherapy includes increasing the user's body temperature with heating elements located along the base of the garment. The user's temperature sensors, isolated from the base, measure the user's body temperature, these indicators of the user's body temperature are fed to the control unit, which regulates the temperature of the heating elements, maintaining the user's body temperature at a predetermined level. The temperature increase is carried out up to 38-40°С.

EFFECT: development of overalls for carrying out physiotherapy and pyrotherapy, which allows changing the user's body temperature and maintaining it for a given time, in particular cases allowing to monitor his condition, and development of a method for conducting pyrotherapy using overalls.
