FIELD: gas purification; fertilizer production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for wet purification of exhaust gas from ammonia and a plant for the production of fertilizer containing such a device. The ammonia off-gas scrubber is designed to clean exhaust gas that contains ammonia. The device contains: an ammonia scrubber for bringing the exhaust gas into gas-liquid contact with an absorbent containing carbon dioxide and a fine bubble generator for producing an absorbent from carbon dioxide and water. The fine bubble generator includes at least a first fine bubble generator for producing a first carbon dioxide and water absorbent, and a second fine bubble generator for producing a carbon dioxide absorbent and a first absorbent. Also claimed is an installation for the production of fertilizer from a gaseous source substance containing methane, which includes a device for wet purification of exhaust gas from ammonia.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the efficiency of exhaust gas purification.
