FIELD: processing of waste.
SUBSTANCE: method of multi-stage thermal destruction is described, characterized by the fact that initially, with the help of conveyors, the raw material is loaded into a supply hopper, then the raw material enters the reactors for thermolysis through sluice feeders and a sliding gate valve, then the raw material is introduced sequentially into the first reactor, then through the failed windows into the second and third reactors, as the raw material advances in the cavities of the reactors, thermolysis occurs, during which oxygen, water and light hydrocarbon gases are separated, the vapor-gas mixture obtained during thermolysis is diverted to the first heat exchanger through the exhaust pipe and the bag filter, then the vapor-gas mixture is diverted through the exhaust pipe and a gas compensator to the second heat exchanger, whereas water is injected into the heat exchangers through a water cooling pump, in the heat exchangers the steam is condensed with the resulting water, and the gases are washed, the resulting light hydrocarbon gases are sent through the dryer to the gas holder, in the second heat exchanger the vacuum compressor is provided to ensure the necessary pressure for fuel synthesis, which enters the tank of liquid hydrocarbons, which is then removed through pipelines, the solid residue in the form of carbon-carbon materials is removed from the third reactor through the unloading fitting to the upgrade reactor and then to the cooling chamber.
EFFECT: processing waste into liquid hydrocarbon fuel and secondary carbon-carbon materials.
