FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to systems of oil field development during development of deposits of heavy oil and natural bitumen. Proposed system comprises production wells connected via well production pipeline with de-emulsifier dosing unit, group metering unit, booster pump station and oil treatment unit. At that, the oil treatment unit is equipped with the well product heating system through the fuel gas pipeline, the commercial oil pipeline, the associated petroleum gas pipeline and the produced water production pipeline. Pipeline of the produced water is connected to the hydrogen sulphide purification unit, connected through the pipeline of purified produced water with the water treatment unit connected through the sewage pipeline to the cluster pumping station, and through the pipeline of deep-purified water – with the steam generator connected to the fuel gas pipeline, and through the steam line is interconnected with the steam-injection wells. Water treatment unit is equipped with a pipeline of trapped oil for its return to the oil treatment plant, and is also connected through a pipeline of fresh water to a source of fresh water. Hydrogen sulphide removal unit is designed with the possibility to purge the produced water by the flue gases withdrawn from the steam generator, which are fed to the hydrogen sulphide removal unit through the flue gas offsetting pipeline from the steam generator. Hydrogen sulphide purification unit is connected by a discharge pipeline to the flue gas decontamination containing the hydrogen sulphide extracted from the water with the hydrogen sulphide oxidation unit equipped with the oxidant (preferably air) supply pipeline, fuel gas pipeline and flue gas cleaned from hydrogen sulphide discharge pipeline, connected to the dissipation plug, sulfuric acid removal pipeline to the pipeline of the produced water to the hydrogen sulphide cleaning unit inlet and the steam discharge pipeline to the steam line at the steam generator outlet. Oil treatment unit is connected by associated petroleum gas pipeline with discharge pipeline for flue gas decontamination, and production wells are connected by pipeline of annular gas with oil treatment unit and / or through pipeline of associated oil gas and pipeline of removal for neutralization of flue gases with hydrogen sulphide oxidation unit.
