FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to oilfield equipment systems in the development of heavy oil and natural bitumen fields. The proposed system for the development of a heavy oil and natural bitumen field includes production wells connected through a well production pipeline to a demulsifier dosing unit, a group metering unit, a booster pumping station and an oil treatment unit, which is equipped with a well production heating system through a fuel gas pipeline, equipped with a marketable oil pipeline , an associated petroleum gas pipeline and an associated produced water pipeline, which is connected to a hydrogen sulfide purification unit connected via a purified produced water pipeline to a water treatment unit connected via a wastewater pipeline to a cluster pumping station, and through a deep-purified water pipeline it is connected to a steam generator connected to by a fuel gas pipeline, and through a steam pipeline it is connected with steam injection wells. At the same time, the water treatment unit is equipped with a pipeline of captured oil for its return to the oil treatment plant, and is also connected through a fresh water pipeline to a source of fresh water. The hydrogen sulfide purification unit is configured to blow off the produced water with flue gases discharged from the steam generator and supplied to the hydrogen sulfide purification unit through the pipeline for flue gas removal from the steam generator. In addition, the hydrogen sulfide purification unit is connected by a pipeline for the disposal of flue gases containing hydrogen sulfide extracted from water, with a hydrogen sulfide oxidation unit equipped with an air supply pipeline and a pipeline for removing flue gases purified from hydrogen sulfide, connected to a dispersion candle. At the same time, the oil treatment unit is equipped with an associated petroleum gas pipeline, and the production wells are connected to the oil treatment unit by an annular gas pipeline. The hydrogen sulfide oxidation unit is equipped with an elemental sulfur outlet and a purified associated petroleum gas pipeline connected to the fuel gas pipeline. At the same time, the oil treatment unit is connected by an associated petroleum gas pipeline to the hydrogen sulfide oxidation unit, and the production wells are connected through the annulus gas pipeline and the associated petroleum gas pipeline to the hydrogen sulfide oxidation unit. The deep-purified water pipeline between the water treatment unit and the steam generator is equipped with a hydrogen peroxide dosing unit, which makes it possible to automatically control the hydrogen peroxide dosage into the highly purified water depending on the concentration of sulfides and hydrosulfides in the highly purified water, determined by the analyzer of dissolved sulfides and hydrosulfides, and the flow rate of the highly purified water, determined by the flow meter.
EFFECT: simplification of the technological process, its implementation in mild conditions, reduction of metal consumption and capital costs, expansion of the scope, increase in environmental friendliness, reduction of system downtime and repairs due to the elimination of the use of catalysts, purification of associated gases from hydrogen sulfide separately from stripping gases and their use as fuel; production of useful products - elemental sulfur.
