SUBSTANCE: invention concerns new Pers strain of feline calicivirus infection of the Caliciviridae family, Vesivirus genus, Feline calicivirus species deposited in the collection of strains of microorganisms of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" under registration number No. 458 - dep/23-8 — GKShM FGBU "ARRIAH". The presented strain is reproduced in transplanted cell culture of Crandell-Reese Feline Kidney (CRFK). In a transplanted cell culture of CRFK, within 36 hours of incubation, the titer of infectious activity of the virus reaches 8.25±0.25 lg TCD₅₀/cm³, maintaining the original characteristics when passaged in cell culture for 5 passages.

EFFECT: presented strain can be used for the manufacture of biological products for the diagnostics and specific prevention of coronavirus enteritis in cats and for the control of the antigenic activity of vaccines against this disease.
