FIELD: medicine; oncology; surgery; physical and rehabilitation medicine; medical rehabilitation of patients with uterine body cancer.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the prevention of pyoinflammatory complications of radical hysterectomy. From the first postoperative day, the patient's body is generally exposed to a low-frequency pulsed traveling magnetic field with an exposure frequency of 100 Hz with a changing direction of the magnetic field along the "direct-reverse-direct" solenoids. The “cylinder” arrangement of solenoids is used, with a magnetic induction value of 80% of the maximum value of 3.5 mT. The exposure time is 25 minutes, daily, for a course of treatment 6 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides increased effectiveness of prevention of purulent-inflammatory complications of radical hysterectomy in patients with uterine body cancer: wound healing by primary intention, reduction in the incidence of early postoperative complications and, as a result, reduction in the duration of hospitalization.
