FIELD: ceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of new ceramic oxide materials with a magnetic state of spin glass and can find application in the chemical industry, electronic engineering, spintronics, in particular, for the development of models of new types of magnetic memory devices. The spin-glass magnetic material NaZnFe2(VO4)3 includes iron, oxygen, vanadium, sodium and zinc, with the following component ratio, at.%: iron - 10.53, vanadium - 15.79, sodium - 5.26 and zinc - 5.26, oxygen - 63.16. The compound is synthesized by a reaction in the solid phase from Na2CO3, Fe2O3, ZnO, V2O5 during 2 annealings lasting 24 hours at temperatures of 630°C, 640°C and normal pressure.
EFFECT: production of a new oxide ceramic material with a spin glass magnetic state.
