FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain spin-polarized charge carriers in graphene. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that by molecular-beam epitaxy on the surface of pre-formed structure of graphene monolayer/substrate a submonolayer Europium with structure (√3 × √3) Eu is formed.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining spin-polarized charge carriers in graphene.
