FIELD: furnaces and ovens.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rotary inclined furnace for processing aluminum scrap. Furnace contains lined flask having housing with two support rings, each of which is supported by two rollers, burner shield with fixed in it gas injection burner with seventeen mixers, furnace rotation drive and burner shield supply-discharge drive. Steel body has a heat-insulating layer consisting of two layers of heat-insulating silica glass fabric KT-11-30K and a layer of chamotte lightweight ShL-0.9, on which there is a layer of lining made from corundospinnel ramming mass KSVHSh-1 to form scull skull. Burner is installed with inclination 17° to axis of steel housing with possibility of gas supply to burner along upper part of rotary column and branch pipe. Furnace has mounted on the bogie attachable receiving lined bowl with three welded to it steel lined chutes, from which liquid metal poured into three rotary steel lined bowls with welded steel lined chutes, rotary frame, in working position resting on front and rear pedestals, on which with possibility of rotation around axis from drive there is a lined steel housing. Furnace is equipped with economizer and is made with possibility of operation on natural and artificial draft with dust and gas cleaning system to achieve environmentally friendly process, including mixing chamber, smoke exhauster, four-section dust-gas cleaning unit.
EFFECT: provided is longer life of the furnace, reduced heat losses and harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
