FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnostic biopsy of peripheral lung formations. At the preliminary stage, the patient undergoes a computed tomography scan of the chest organs (CT) and, based on the obtained CT images and their post-processing, a targeted biopsy of the peripheral formation is performed with tissue sampling for research, for which, based on the CT data, a cholangioscope with an additional channel for supplying saline is used, heated to a temperature of 37°C, and a biopsy tool placed through the trachea, one of the main bronchi to the level of small branches of the bronchial tree in the area of the presence of a peripheral formation, then a biopsy is performed under visual control.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of diagnostic biopsy of peripheral lung formations, in particular, in the area of peripheral formations of small branches of the bronchial tree.
