FIELD: mining equipment.
SUBSTANCE: automatic control system for a monorail lift based on a virtual layout method. The system includes railway switch sensor module, positioning system module, data transmission system, intelligent control system, virtual layout system and automatic control module. The railway switch sensor module is designed to detect the connection status and position of the portable rail in the railway switch of the monorail lift. The data transmission system is designed to transmit data on the surface and underground. Data exchange is carried out between the intelligent control system and the railway switch sensor module, bidirectional transmission is carried out between the intelligent control system and the positioning system module, and data exchange is carried out between the virtual layout system and the intelligent control system. The method applies virtual layout procedure to automatically control a monorail lift.
EFFECT: by launching the automatic control module for the monorail hoist, the number of personnel required to work in the mine is reduced, and accidents caused by improper control or improper operation of the operator are prevented.
