FIELD: zeolite resource determination.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to determination of zeolite resource. A method is proposed for determining the consumption of a zeolite resource, which includes: measuring the flow rate of oil flowing through the zeolite; measuring the water content of the oil before and after flowing through the zeolite; determining the change in the moisture content of the oil as a result of its passage through the electrolyte; determining the volume of oil that has passed through the zeolite for a given time interval; and determining the mass of water extracted by the zeolite from a certain volume of oil that has passed through the zeolite for a given time interval. The invention also relates to a device for determining the consumption of a zeolite resource, containing an oil flow rate sensor, water-in-oil sensors installed along the oil flow before and after the passage of the zeolite, and a computing device.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of estimating the spent and/or remaining resource of the zeolite, as well as monitoring the amount of water recovered, as a way to control the efficiency of the drying process.
