FIELD: moulded web; forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: forming device is claimed for producing a moulded web from a material containing alkaloids. The device comprises a forming box having walls of the forming box, including first and second opposite walls, and configured to accommodate a suspension; movable support; forming blade. The forming blade is configured to mould the suspension located in the forming box onto a movable support in such a way as to form a moulded web from the specified material containing alkaloids. The rod-shaped element is located inside the moulding box in contact with the suspension. The rod-shaped element is positioned at a first and a second distance from said first and second opposing walls, respectively, so that the suspension is allowed to flow around said rod-shaped element.
EFFECT: claimed invention provides the advantage of being able to reduce the formation of agglomerates in the suspension and thus, in turn, being able to minimize the number of defects in the moulded web.
