SUBSTANCE: described is an integrative plasmid vector pVEAL3-RBDdelta, which provides synthesis and secretion of the RBDdelta protein of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in mammalian cells. Vector has size 5160 bp, nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and includes a codon-optimized nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 gene coding RBDdelta of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, in which 2 mutations are introduced to produce RBD protein version B. 1.617.2. What is disclosed is a recombinant strain of the Chinese hamster ovary cell line CHO-K1-RBDdelta, a producer of the recombinant protein of the receptor-binding domain RBDdelta of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Said strain contains an integrative plasmid vector pVEAL3 — RBDdelta and is deposited under number 327 in the collection of cell cultures of State Research Centre of Virology and Biotechnology VECTOR of The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing. Also described is recombinant protein RBDdelta of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which is produced by the Chinese hamster ovary cell line CHO-K1-RBDdelta, has the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 3 and is intended for creating immunobiological preparations.
