SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the pharmacological group of dietary supplements, and is a product of wide application, as a daily table beverage. A non-alcoholic beverage with bioprotective and energy-stimulating properties is proposed, the said beverage is made from water, citric acid, crystalline fulvic acid, crystalline steviol-glycoside of type Rebaudioside A, dry fruit extract of Chinese magnolia vine, resveratrol, dry cranberry extract, dry cinnamon extract, dry coffee extract, crystalline vanillin, dry green tea extract, sodium benzoate and carbon dioxide, in the following ratio of components in kg per 100 dal of the beverage: 0.3–0.8 of crystalline steviol-glycoside of type Rebaudioside A; 0.1–0.3 of citric acid; 3.0–4.0 of dry fruit extract of Chinese magnolia vine; 0.2–0.5 of crystalline fulvic acid; 0.2–0.5 of resveratrol dry extract; 1.0–5.0 of cranberry dry extract; 0.5–5.0 of cinnamon dry extract; 0.5–5.0 of coffee dry extract; 0.1–1.0 of crystalline vanillin; 0.5–5.0 of green tea dry extract; 0.15–0.20 of sodium benzoate; 3.0–4.0 of carbon dioxide; water is the rest.

EFFECT: invention provides a beverage that protects and cleanses human organs at the cellular level, is recommended for children, the elderly, as well as for those who work with intense physical exertion and need to pay much attention to work, the beverage contains vegetable raw materials and food additives that are approved for use, has original pleasant taste, aesthetic red-brown color in reflected light and transparent pure cherry-ruby color in transmitted light.
