ALCOHOL-FREE ENERGY BEVERAGE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A23L2/00 

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free energy beverage contains (per 100 decalitres of beverage) a mixture of biologically active components; the mixture includes 15-25 kg of honey, 0.15-0.25 kg of refined amberat extract dissolved in water and 90 kg of rosehips syrup. Additionally the beverage contains 1.0-1.5 kg of citric acid, 90-200 kg of a flavour additive, 0.150-0.177 kg of sodium benzoate; the rest is carbonated water or non-carbonated water. The ratio of amberat extract to water 1:8. The flavour additive may be represented by berry and/or fruit and/or herb syrup. The herb syrup may be represented by estragon syrup, the berry syrup - by a syrup of raspberry and/or red bilberry and/or blueberry and/or cranberry and/or cherry. The amberat extract may by applied in the form of dry powder. It ensures production of a beverage improving the human organism energy status, intensity of lipid peroxygenation as well as improving the organism antioxidant system condition. The said beverage may additionally be consumed by any people groups regardless of age and state of health because the beverage has high organoleptic properties and varied taste qualities.

EFFECT: beverage has a long storage life; sediment formation in it is excluded.
