SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of alcohol-free beverages having tonic, immunoprotective and hepatoprotective action. Disclosed is a non-alcoholic beverage, which is made from water, lime extract, or strawberry, or raspberry, or cherry, or currant, or mint, or juniper, or cola flavoring additive, citric acid, preserving agent and water-soluble purified peat extract, containing a complex of humic acids, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.% of beverage: peat extract—3.67; extract of lime, or strawberry, or raspberry, or cherry, or currant, or mint, or juniper, or cola flavoring additive—0.53; preservative—0.06; citric acid—0.005; water—balance. Carbonated or non-carbonated water is used as water. Beverage contains sugar. Beverage contains a sugar substitute. Sodium benzoate is used as preserving agent; potassium sorbate is also used. Beverage contains caffeine. Beverage also contains a plant extract.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at development and introduction into production of beverages enriched with sodium humate—natural enterosorbent, which demonstrates high efficiency as a hepatoprotector and antioxidant having antitoxic action, as well as an immunomodulator promoting an increase in the body’s non-specific resistance to a wide range of negative factors, and increases biological value and organoleptic properties of the beverage.
