EFFECT: production of an effective nonwoven material using the electrospinning method, which provides stimulation of skin regeneration, due to the encapsulating function of blood plasma proteins and their prolonged release, the method makes it possible to obtain a material that is used for the treatment of diseases of the skin or mucous membrane, healing of skin wounds and burns by ensuring the maximum regenerating effect, and is also used as a substrate for cell cultivation, while the resulting material simultaneously has high strength properties, vapor permeability and hydrophilicity.
