FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of bioactive coating for implanted medical devices, methods of its manufacture and use. Proposed coating for implanted medical devices contains three components: biodegradable polyester, namely polylactide, gelatine and calcium phosphate nanoparticles in weight ratio of 31:13.5:43. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a mixture for applying a bioactive coating on implanted medical devices, wherein three components are mixed in a highly volatile solvent to obtain a mixture: a biodegradable polyester, namely polylactide, gelatine and calcium phosphate nanoparticles in a weight ratio of 31:13.5:43, wherein the coating mixture is a suspension obtained by dissolving a biodegradable polyester in a volatile solvent and adding nanoparticles of calcium phosphate and gelatine in said ratio. According to the proposed method of coating implantable medical devices, the implanted article, in particular the implanted fastener, is immersed in a mixture prepared according to the method described above; excess mixture is removed from the surface of the implanted article; implanted article is dried until its constant weight is achieved.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides obtaining a coating with optimization of mechanical properties and simultaneously providing higher biocompatibility of implanted medical devices.
