FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: computer technology for decoding audio data. Invention aims at providing the ability to fill the harmonic series resulting from the harmonic transformation of a periodic signal. The technical result is achieved by decoding the low-frequency component of the audio signal; creating a set of signals of the analysed subranges of the low-frequency component of the audio signal; receiving information associated with the fundamental frequency Ω of sound signal; selecting, based on the information, a first analysis subband signal and a second analysis subband signal from the set of analysis subband signals; generating a synthesized subband signal from the first signal of the analysed subband and the second signal of the analysed subband, wherein the amplitude of the synthesized subband signal is based on the average value of the amplitudes with gain correction of the first and second signals of the analysed subbands, and the phase of the synthesized subband signal is based on the weighted sum of the phases of the first and second signals of the analysed subbands; and generating a high-frequency component of the audio signal from the signal of the synthesized subband.
EFFECT: providing the ability to fill the harmonic series resulting from the harmonic transformation of a periodic signal.
