SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for the treatment and/or prevention of viral diseases by blocking the activity of 3C-like viral proteases. A pharmaceutical composition is proposed for the treatment and/or prevention of viral diseases by blocking the activity of 3C-like viral proteases, containing ritonavir or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof in an amount from 5.0 to 50.0 wt.% and nirmatrelvir or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof in an amount from 10.0 to 60.0 wt.%, at least one water-insoluble polymer selected from cellulose derivatives, in an amount from about 5.0 to 40.0 wt.%, at least one water-soluble polymer selected of vinylpyrrolidone derivatives, in an amount from about 5.0 to 35.0 wt.%, at least one disaccharide or hydrate thereof in an amount from about 9.0 to 25.0 wt.%. A medicinal product containing the specified pharmaceutical composition and the use of a pharmaceutical composition to obtain the medicinal product are also proposed.

EFFECT: resulting composition has improved stability of the combined composition containing ritonavir and nirmatrelvir, reduces impurities formed during storage of the compositions or during the production of medicinal products, and also improves the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the combined composition.
