FIELD: medicine; pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to titrate an individual dose of inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). Inhalation therapy with iNO is performed for 15 minutes, starting with a minimum dose of 20 ppm with an increase in dose by 10 ppm every 15 minutes until the previously measured linear blood flow velocity in the arterioles and venules doubles. The resulting dose is used as a therapeutic dose during inhalation therapy once a day for 90 minutes for 10–14 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the method of individual dosing of nitric oxide before starting medical gas therapy, simplify the titration procedure and reduce its time due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
