SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cryogenic engineering for the diagnosis of cryogenic products, the construction industry for monitoring the cement-air mixture and other branches of technology and industry. A device for measuring the mass flow of cement-air flow in a pipeline contains the first microwave generator, first transmitting and receiving antennas, the first amplifier and the first detector. Additionally, the second microwave generator, the second transmitting and receiving antennas, the second amplifier and the second detector, the first and the second controllers, a speed converter and a mass flow calculation unit are introduced into the device, and the output of the first microwave generator is connected to the first transmitting antenna mounted on the outer surface pipeline. The output of the second microwave generator is connected to a second transmitting antenna mounted on the outer surface of the pipeline at some distance from the first transmitting antenna. The first receiving antenna, mounted diametrically opposite the first transmitting antenna on the outer surface of the pipeline, is connected to the input of the first detector, the output of which is connected to the input of the first amplifier. The first output of the first amplifier is connected to the input of the first controller, the second receiving antenna, mounted diametrically opposite the second transmitting antenna on the outer surface of the pipeline, is connected to the input of the second detector, the output of which is connected through the second amplifier to the first input of the second controller. The second input of the second controller is connected to the second output of the first amplifier, the output of the first controller is connected to the first input of the mass flow calculation block, the output of the second controller is connected through a speed converter to the second input of the mass flow calculation block, the output of which is the output of the device.

EFFECT: simplification of the process of measuring the flow of two-component flows in a pipeline.
