FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument-making, in particular to devices for measuring flow rate of substances. Device for measuring volumetric flow rate of a liquid contains a microwave generator and a transmitting antenna. Device includes an open resonator, a thermocouple, an amplifier, a microwave power meter and a thermo motive force meter, wherein the output of the microwave generator is connected to the input of the microwave power meter and the input of the transmitting antenna, output of transmitting antenna is connected to one of two reflectors of open resonator, output of thermocouple is connected to input of amplifier, output of which is connected to input of thermo motive force meter.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring volumetric flow rate of liquid.
