SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation, in particular to devices for measuring the flow rate of substances. A thermocouple, an amplifier, a microwave frequency meter and a meter are introduced into a device for measuring the volumetric flow rate of a liquid, containing a microwave generator, a transmitting antenna located on the outer surface of the pipeline section and introducing microwave oscillations into the pipeline section through which the controlled substance flows; the section of the pipeline is made of an electrically conductive material, and the output of the microwave generator is connected to the input of the microwave frequency meter and the transmitting antenna, the output of the thermocouple is connected to the input of the amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of the thermomotive force meter.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of measuring the volumetric flow rate of the liquid.
