FIELD: instrument manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrument manufacture, in particular, to apparatuses for measuring the flow rate of substances. The technical result is achieved by the fact that a first and a second thermocouples, a first and a second amplifiers and a mass flow meter are introduced into the apparatus for measuring the mass flow rate of gaseous media, containing a sensory element, a UHF generator, a transmitting antenna, a speed meter and a density meter, the sensory element is made in the form of a first and a second pipeline segments with equal diameters d, interconnected by a third and a fourth pipeline segments with diameters d1 and d2, respectively, wherein d1<d, d2>d, wherein the output of the UHF generator is connected with the transmitting antenna located on the outer surface of a metal box and introducing the electromagnetic signal into the cavity of the box, the output of the first thermocouple located on the outer surface of the third pipeline segment is connected with the input of the speed meter via the first amplifier, the output of the second thermocouple located on the outer surface of the fourth pipeline segment is connected with the input of the density meter via the second amplifier, the outputs of the speed and density meters are connected with the inputs of the mass flow meter, respectively.
EFFECT: technical result of the apparatus is an increase in the accuracy of measurement of the mass flow rate.
