FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used for attachment of the mined space at underground development of frozen, including technogenic ones, gravel deposits of the North. Method involves performing operations for layerwise laying in winter period frozen sand-pebble geomaterial supplied from the surface through a specially drilled well of large diameter into a preliminarily built in the worn stope chamber mobile framework with water flowing and freezing by natural cold of each layer. During construction of a pillar over its entire width by the height, horizontally in rows, with spacing waste metal waterguide pipes with the diameter of 200 mm are laid, through which a fan blows cold mine air. Total amount of the supplied air (Q) required for freezing the raised combined metal-ice pillar is determined by a mathematical formula.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of the design and technology of raising artificial pillars, reduced process losses of the produced sands, obtaining additional metal.
