SUBSTANCE: electrochromic translucent devices that provide simultaneous active suppression of glare, along with control of excess insolation. A product with an electrochromic effect, when voltage is applied from an external source by a light modulator, has surface areas that are independently powered through a set of electrically isolated planar electrodes, materials and a range of thicknesses. At the same time, the materials of the individual structural components of the proposed product, their thickness and position relative to each other, as well as relative to the window structure on which the product is applied, are designed in such a way that the product has a set of required spectrophotometric qualities of sections of its total surface in terms of uniform distribution of modulating the value of integral light transmission, as well as providing the effects of simultaneous active suppression of exterior glare along with control of excess insolation.
