FIELD: heterogenous mixtures.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to analysis of the degree of homogeneity of both the finished multicomponent heterogeneous composition and its semi-finished products. The method includes remote scanning of the surface of the mixture, illumination of the surface of the mixture, processing of the resulting image using computer RGB color models with breakdown of the color of each point of the image of the mixture surface into three components, calculating the entropy of optoleptic information and determining the degree of homogeneity of the mixed heterogeneous mixture based on the entropy value of optoleptic information. According to the invention, the surface of the mixture is illuminated with narrowly directed light rays, the entropy of optoleptic information is calculated based on the degree of scattering of the reflected narrowly directed light rays on the surface of the mixture.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of control of determining the homogeneity of heterogeneous mixtures during their preparation.
