SUBSTANCE: method for producing a composite Mn2O4/C. The initial mixture of titanium tetrabutoxide and ethylene glycol, taken by volume: Ti(C4H9O)4: HOCH2CH2OH = 1: 1-2, is kept at a temperature of 120-150°C for 0.5-1 hour, filtered, the resulting precipitate is washed with acetone, followed by annealing at a temperature of 500-550°C in an argon atmosphere for 0.5-1 hour.

EFFECT: obtaining a composite TiO2/C in a simple and technological method.
