FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in children's medical institutions. Training is performed using a rehabilitation complex with biological feedback for an upper extremity. For this purpose, performing multiple repetition of target movements of various complexity in a game format with the possibility of controlling the correctness of the exercises and correction of the load due to visual feedback, duration of 30 minutes with subsequent exposure to high-intensity pulsed magnetic field from apparatus "AMT-2-AGS" with amplitude of 800–1,000 mT, with an interval between pulses of 100 ms on motor points of the injured nerve and muscles innervated by it, in a contact, stable manner, duration of 9 minutes, for course of 15 daily procedures.
EFFECT: method ensures preservation of function of denervated muscles and improvement of metabolic-trophic processes in them.
