SUBSTANCE: chiral voltammetric sensor for selective recognition and determination of enantiomers of naproxen, made of glassy carbon with an applied composite modifier consisting of a mixture of the polyelectrolyte complex chitosan-chitosan succinamide and chelate complexes of the general structure [Me(Ln)x(Ln')y] or [Me(Ln)x(Ln')y(H2O)z], where Me is a Cu(II) or Zn(II) ion; Ln and Ln' are enantiomers of α-amino acids, non-electroactive in the accessible potential range, taken in the ratio of 0.002-0.02 g of chelate complex per 2 ml of 0.005% solution of the chitosan-chitosan succinamide polyelectrolyte complex.

EFFECT: ability to determine the content of individual enantiomers of the optically active substance of the drug Naproxen in aqueous solutions, urine and blood plasma using an electroanalytical method.
